Is there a way to group similar windows on my secondary taskbar?

< 1 min read

Follow these steps to open the Windows Settings menu in Windows 10:

  1. Press the ‘Windows’ key on the keyboard (located next to the ‘Ctrl’ and ‘Alt’ keys).
  2. Select the ‘Settings’ icon (looks like a gear). This will open the Settings Menu.
  3. Enter the search term ‘Control Panel’ and hit enter. Then select the Control Panel menu that is returned, be sure to exclude the quotation marks.
  4. Now, in the Control Panel search bar, which is located on the top right corner of the menu, enter the search term ‘Options to group similar windows on taskbar on secondary’ then select the menu that is returned, be sure to exclude the quotation marks.
  5. Change the settings to your desired option(s).
  6. When you are finished the close menu.
