How to troubleshoot a Smart TV that is stuck on a specific channel?

  1. Check to see if the TV is properly connected to its external sources, such as cable/satellite boxes and other devices.
  2. Make sure that the correct input is selected on the TV.
  3. Perfom a soft reset of the TV by unplugging it from the wall outlet for one minute and then plugging it back in.
  4. Attemt to perform a hard reset by manually resetting the TV settings by going to the TV menu, selecting Options/Settings, and then resetting the TV to its factory defaults.
  5. Try adjusting the TV antenna or source connected to the device to improve the signal strength
