How do I use the grid and guides tool in PowerPoint?

Follow these steps to use the Grid and Guides tool in PowerPoint:


  1. Go to the View tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
  2. Click the Grids and Guides button.
  3. Check the Gridlines and/or Guides boxes, depending on the desired view.
  4. To edit gridlines and guides, click the arrow and select from the dropdown menu.
