How do I use the color scheme feature in PowerPoint?

  1. Create a new PowerPoint presentation

  2. Choose a color palette

  3. Go to the View tab, then select Slide Master

  4. Open the Colors dropdown and select either ‘Create New Theme Colors’ or ‘Create New Set from Existing’

  5. Once the Colors window opens, you can create a custom color palette

  6. Apply the new Color Palette to Your Presentation

  7. Go to the Design tab, then select Colors

  8. Within the Colors dropdown, select the custom color palette you just created

  9. Save the Custom Color Palette

  10. On the Slide Master tab, go to the Color dropdown and select ‘ save Colors’

  11. Name the color set and save the personalized theme
