Verify that you are using the correct version of the Plex app. If not, update the Plex app to the latest version. - Check App Settings
Review the app settings, and make sure the video and audio settings are set to your preferred language. - Reinstall the Plex App
If all else fails, reinstall the Plex app from your Smart TV app store.
