How do I troubleshoot the issue of Outlook not properly saving or syncing my flagged emails?

  1. Check your Outlook settings and verify that your flag settings are enabled and/or configured correctly
  2. Reset your Outlook cache
  3. Create a copy of your Outlook .pst file
  4. Create a System Restore Point
  5. Test for any interference from any enabled add-ins or plugins
  6. Run a virus/malware scan
  7. Verify whether you are running the most up to date version of Outlook
  8. Check your storage location for Outlook emails
  9. Check that Outlook is compatible with your Operating System and other installed programs
  10. Change your Outlook folder structure to view flagged emails in their own folder
