Troubleshoot the issue of Outlook not properly organizing or sorting emails by sender or recipient:
- Open Outlook and click the
View
tab. - Make sure the
Arrange By
option is set toFrom
orTo.
- If these two options are not available, double click the folder that contains the message and select
Arrange By.
- Choose either
From
orTo
and the emails will be sorted properly. - You can also use the
View
drop-down menu in the main Outlook window to sort and group emails.
