- Restart your Smart TV. To do this, unplug the TV from the mains and leave it for 10 minutes. Plug it back in and try again.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure that everything is properly set up and that the connection is stable.
- Look for updates. If any system updates are available, install them and start the application again.
- Restart the app. Close and open the app again from the home screen.
