How do I troubleshoot network printing issues?

  1. Check the printer

    Make sure the printer is turned on and the cable is securely connected to the computer.

  2. Check the paper tray:

    Load paper and make sure it’s positioned correctly.

  3. Check the Network:

    Verify that your network is set up correctly and that the printer is connected to the network.

  4. Check the Printer Queue:

    Check to see if your document is in the queue and waiting to be printed.

  5. Mask and Unmask the Printer:

    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try masking and unmasking the printer.
