Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with email attachments:
- Check the email account settings and make sure that Outlook is configured properly.
- Make sure Outlook is properly connected to the Exchange server.
- Verify the recipient’s address is correct.
- Confirm that the attachment is not blocked by the Exchange server.
- Verify the attachment is not corrupted.
- Reboot the Calendar, Email, and Messaging Store.
- Verify the file type extension.
