How do I troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues?
- Confirm your device is still discoverable. Most devices have a switch, button, or setting to make them visible to other Bluetooth devices.
Check your device's user guide if you need help.
- If you cannot make your device visible, restart it. Then try again.
- Make sure the devices you'd like to connect are within the Bluetooth range of each other. This range is typically 30 feet.
- Check that the device you wish to connect to is also Bluetooth compatible.
- If two devices are both discoverable, you should be able to connect them.
