How do I troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues?

  1. Confirm your device is still discoverable. Most devices have a switch, button, or setting to make them visible to other Bluetooth devices.

Check your device's user guide if you need help.

  2. If you cannot make your device visible, restart it. Then try again.
  3. Make sure the devices you'd like to connect are within the Bluetooth range of each other. This range is typically 30 feet.
  4. Check that the device you wish to connect to is also Bluetooth compatible.
  5. If two devices are both discoverable, you should be able to connect them.
