1. Check your OneNote settings. Start OneNote by opening the Windows app.

a. On the View menu, make sure that Page Width is selected so you see a page as wide as your monitor.
b. On the View menu, make sure that the zoom slider is positioned to 100%.
2. Restart OneNote. Sometimes problems can be solved by restarting or closing OneNote and then opening it again.
3. Unlink and relink your notebooks. OneNote can sometimes save extra copy of your notebooks. If this happens, you need to relink them.
4. Make sure that your antivirus or other security programs aren't blocking OneNote. Your security program might cause OneNote to have strange behaviour or not work at all.
5. Reinstall OneNote. If you're still having issues, try completely uninstalling OneNote from your computer and then reinstalling it.
