- Check that your computer has the latest version of macOS.
- Make sure your microphone is set to default and is not muted.
- Adjust the input volume level of the microphone.
- Make sure the audio source is set to the correct device.
- If the above not helping, reset your audio settings.
- If nothing else works, uninstall and reinstall OneNote.
