- Reset the Password
- Verify the User Settings on the Workstation
Ensure the AD User Account is actively enabled and in the same security group with other users who can log in.
Verify that the domain controller is authenticating the user properly.
Confirm that the AD Account you are entering is the correct username and password that is associated with the AD User.
Reset the AD Account password and try logging in.
Check to make sure the user settings are identical to users who can log in.
