- Check the paper path for visible obstructions.
- Check that the paper guides are not too tight.
- Check that the paper size is the same size that is currently selected in the print settings.
- Lift the top cover and check that the paper in the tray is not wrinkled or curled.
- Remove the paper and clean the rollers with a soft cloth.
- Load a single sheet of paper into the tray and see if the problem persists.
