How do I troubleshoot a network connection issue?


  1. Check and ensure that your router is powered on.
  2. Check and ensure that your devices (Laptop, Deskto etc.) are connected to the Wi-Fi Network.
  3. Restart your router and check if it helps get the connection working.
  4. Check if you need to enter a password for your network.
  5. Check if there are any optional settings (SSID, Dynamic IP and more) set in your router.
  6. Check your router settings if you face frequent disconnection issues.
  7. Reset your router settings to factory defaults and fix the settings again.
