How do I troubleshoot a network connection issue?
- Check and ensure that your router is powered on.
- Check and ensure that your devices (Laptop, Deskto etc.) are connected to the Wi-Fi Network.
- Restart your router and check if it helps get the connection working.
- Check if you need to enter a password for your network.
- Check if there are any optional settings (SSID, Dynamic IP and more) set in your router.
- Check your router settings if you face frequent disconnection issues.
- Reset your router settings to factory defaults and fix the settings again.
