- Check if cables are properly connected.
- Ensure that the TV and the external HDMI device are powered on.
- Switch off the Smart TV and unplug it for at least 1 minute, then plug it back.
- Start the Smart TV and check if the issue has solved.
- If still not working, try to switch the HDMI port from one to another.
