Choose a new email provider and sign up for an account.
- Import your contact and emails
Import your contact and emails into the new email provider by using the file you backed up previously.
- Update your profile settings
Check the settings in your profile and make sure they are up to date.
- Update account and contact details in external services
Make sure to update your account and contact details in any external services you use, such as social media platforms and CRMs.
- Migrate your data
Migrate your data, such as emails, contacts and files, to the new account by using the migration tools the email provider offers.
