How do I set up email archiving?

1. Contact your IT Service Administrator to create an archive plan and directory
2. Identify the format in which archived emails should be stored
3. Set up rules for the archiving process
4. Monitor the system to ensure that all emails are being properly archived
5. Set up access and/or search capabilities for easy retrieval of archived emails
