To set up automatic email forwarding:
- Check the email account’s settings
See if the email service you are using offers the ability to forward messages to another account.
- Enable email forwarding settings
Log in to the original email account and navigate to the
Settings
orForwarding and POP/IMAP
menu to make the necessary changes. - Enter the settings for the destination address
Include the email address you want to forward emails to. You may also be able to customize the forwarding sub-options.
- Test the forwarding settings
Send a quick test message from the original account to see if it is delivered properly.
