How do I set up a signature for my emails?


  1. Open your email settings: Access your email settings by navigating to the account settings page in your email app.
  2. Create signature content: Include contact information and a brief professional statement that follows your identity and the organization your are representing (if any).
  3. Format signature as desired: Adjust the font style, size, and color.
  4. Save Email settings: Save your email settings to save the new signature format, and enable the signature for all emails.
