Create a custom workflow for a specific list or library in SharePoint


  1. Open the list or library you want to add custom workflow for.
  2. Select the Flow dropdown menu and click Create a Flow.
  3. In the Choose a template dialog box, select a template that best fits your needs, or click See more templates to view more options.
  4. In the Configure dialog box, enter the configuration settings for the flow.
  5. Click Save to create your custom workflow.
