Follow these steps to set up a custom view for a list or library in SharePoint:
- Access your list or library in the SharePoint site or sites.
- Click the Library or List tab.
- Click Create View.
- On the View Type page, choose which type of view you would like to create.
- On the Column page, select which columns you would like to include.
- On the Sort and Group page, specify how you would like the data grouped and sorted.
- On the Style Page, select the color scheme and fonts.
- On the Miscellaneous page, determine the audience, additional settings, and other options.
- On the Paging page, set paging options for the view.
- On the Mobile page, set mobile view options.
- Click OK to save and publish the view.
