How do I set a timer for a Teams meeting?

1. Determine the amount of time needed for the meeting and make sure everyone understands the allocated timeframe.
2. Within Microsoft Teams, click on the Calendar icon.
3. Choose New Meeting and set the date, time, duration, and invite participants.
4. Before the start of the meeting, remind the participants of the estimated duration and ask what their time availability is.
5. During the meeting, keep the discussion on track and monitor the time.
6. As the end time approaches, wrap up any remaining discussion.
