How do I resolve the issue of Outlook not properly organizing or sorting my inbox by date or time?

  1. Check your inbox settings and make sure that the Arrange by setting is set to Received.
  2. Disable any message sorting add-ons or extensions that could be causing issues.
  3. In case any emails are stuck in the wrong folder, create a fresh view and see if that helps.
