How do I resolve the issue of Outlook not properly organizing or sorting my emails by flags or status?

  1. Check & Update Your Rules:
    Make sure that your 'rules' are up-to-date, and are properly filtering specific types of emails.

  2. Check Your Outlook Inbox for Duplicate Messages:
    It is possible that various emails appear multiple times, due to a 'message loop' where the same message is passed around. Check to see if there are duplicate messages.

  3. Check Your Outlook Category:
    Make sure that your emails are assigned to the correct categories. In Outlook, this feature can be found in the custom tab in the rules pane.

  4. Check Your Antivirus Software:
    Check that your Anti-virus software is not blocking or filtering certain types of messages.
