1. Check the quarantine folder of the antivirus program installed in your system.
2. Clear the temporary internet files of your system.
3. Search the missing attachment in the deleted items folder or the recycle bin.
4. Make sure the attachment stays present in sent items.
5. Enable automatic download of all attachments from the account settings.
