How do I resolve issues with emails not being delivered to folders in Exchange?


  1. First, establish if the issue is related to a particular folder or if all folders are affected.
  2. Check for the presence of any rules that may be directing emails to particular folders.
  3. If rules are present, modify the rule properties to determine if this resolves the problem.
  4. If the issue is with a particular folder, is it visible to Outlook? If not, recreate the folder and move the existing emails into the new folder.
