1. Check the account setting in Outlook.
2. Sign out and then sign back into your Exchange account and check if the trouble persists.
3. Verify the permission levels given to other users for calendar sharing.
4. Make sure you can access others user's calendars.
5. Re-add exchange account in and try sharing calendar again.
