How do I reset the printhead on my printer?

1. Power down your printer, then power it back on
2. Check the printer settings on your computer and make sure your printer is the default printer connected.
3. Clean the printhead and roller with a damp cloth.
4. Check to make sure there is no jammed paper in the printer.
5. Reduce the amount of ink you are using when printing.
6. Remove and reinstall the printhead on the printer.
7. Install a new printhead, if necessary.
