1. Open the Network Connections window by right-clicking on the Wi-Fi or ethernet icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your screen, and selecting Open Network & Internet Settings.
2. Select Change adapter options in the menu on the left.
3. Right-click on the network adapter you want to reset, and select Disable.
4. Wait a few seconds and then right-click on the adapter again and select Enable.
5. If this does not work, you can also try right-clicking on the adapter and selecting Reset.
