- Check the wall connection: Unplug the power from the wall outlet or surge protector. Unscrew any cable from your TV and check the port to make sure there's no visible damage. After that plug everything back in and press the power button.
- Check other ports: Try connecting your HDMI cable to another port on the TV.
- Check the cable connection: Unplug the cable plugs and check if the sticking part is damaged or bent. Gently press it into the TV port using the provided HDMI cable connecters.
- Try a different cable: If the above steps do not work, try a different HDMI cable.
