To remove a key from the laptop keyboard, follow these steps:

1. Turn off and unplug the laptop – turn off the laptop and disconnect from any power/data cables that may be connected.
2. Locate the key – identify the key that needs to be removed.
3. FX the key – use a small flathead screwdriver or tweezers to fx the key.
4. Remove the keycap – create a small gap between the gap and the base of the laptop and lift the keycap up to remove it.
5. Replace the keycap – replace the keycap back onto the keyboard and press down to fx it back in place.
6. Turn the laptop on again – fnish the process by turning the laptop back on to complete the key replacement.
