How do I recover permanently deleted emails?

  1. Check recent items: Check if the deleted emails are still in the ‘Recoverable Items’ folder in Outlook

  2. Check ‘Deleted Items’ folder: Check if the deleted emails are in the ‘Deleted Items’ folder. If they are, select the emails and press ‘Move’ or ‘Archive’.
