How do I recover deleted emails from my trash folder?

1. Search through your Trash or Deleted Items folder and locate the desired emails. If the emails have already been purged from this folder, you may not be able to recover them.
2. If you are unable to find the emails in the Trash folder, check to see if they are in the Backup folder.
3. If the emails are not in the Backup folder, contact your system administrator and explain the issue. They may be able to recover the emails for you.
4. If your emails are not recoverable, consider modifying your email program’s settings to make frequent backups of deleted emails or to ensure that emails are not automatically purged from the Trash folder.
