To recover a deleted section or page in OneNote, do the following:

1. Go to the History tab in OneNote.
2. Select the Recover Deleted Page option from the list.
3. A dropdown menu of all the recently deleted pages will appear.
4. Select the page you would like to recover and click Restore.
