Check the Trash folder in your email account; emails deleted in many popular email applications such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook can still be recovered from this folder.

If you can’t find the deleted email in the Trash folder, contact your email provider’s customer support team and request assistance in retrieving it.

Look in any previous hard drive backups for the deleted email if you used any program to back up your emails.

You can use specialized file recovery software, such as Recover My Files, to locate and recover deleted emails.
