Here are the steps you need to take in order to pause or resume OneDrive syncing on your computer:

1. Right-click the OneDrive icon in your system tray and select Pause syncing. This will stop your computer from syncing files with the cloud version of OneDrive.


2. If you want to resume syncing, select Resume syncing from the menu.
