How do I limit responses to my Microsoft Forms form?

1. Go to Settings and choose the number of responses you would like to allow.
2. Set an expiration date for the form.
3. Add a password to restrict access to the form.
4. Use the restriction by IP address feature.
5. Make sure respondent identity is turned on.
6. Create a verification question to identify respondents.
