1. Check to make sure your email has been sent.
   
2. Look for a confirmation email or message afterwards. This will usually confirm if your email was delivered.
3. If you don’t hear back from the recipient, contact them by phone or send an additional email.

1. Double check that your message is sent to the correct email address.
2. Check the size of the file attachments you sent and make sure it’s not too large.
3. Confirm that the antivirus software on your computer is up-to date.
   
4. Ask the recipient to enable email notifications if they don’t receive your message.
5. If the recipient doesn’t confirm receipt of the email within a reasonable amount of time, contact them to ensure they received it.
