Follow these steps to insert an Excel spreadsheet into PowerPoint:
- Open Microsoft PowerPoint and select the slide you would like to insert the spreadsheet into.
- Swtich to the Excel program. Select and copy the data you would like to paste into PowerPoint.
- Switch back to PowerPoint and paste the copied spreadsheet into the slide.
- Adjust the size and position of the spreadsheet.
- Make any additional edits.
- Save your changes.
