How do I insert a text form field with specific restrictions in my document?

1. Locate the type of text form element you wish to insert from the Insert tab on your document.
2. Drag-and-drop the form element where desired within your document.
3. Choose the restrictions you would like to add to the text form field by consulting the Properties tab from the task box.
4. You should now have a text form field with the appropriate restrictions in your document.
