How do I fix the problem of Outlook constantly asking for my password?


  1. Check for incorrect password entries: Go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles & Accounts and make sure that your username and password are both correct.

  2. Disable automatic logon: Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles & Accounts. Uncheck the box next to Always prompt for logon credentials and save.

  3. Update your password: To manually update your password in Outlook, open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles & Accounts. Select your account and click Change, then enter your updated password.

  4. Check for app update: Make sure that Outlook is up-to-date with the latest version.
