How do I fix the problem of missing or disappeared attachments in my Outlook emails?


  1. Check Junk/Spam folder: the missing attachments may be filtered and moved automatically to your spam/junk folder. Check your spam/junk folder to see if these attachments stored in there.

  2. Check the email address: it is important to check the recipient address is correct.

  3. Re-attach the missing file: If the email was sent, re-attach the missing file and send it again.

  4. Check size limit: check the file size, some email clients have a limit on the size of the attachment and if it exceeds the size limit, the attachment either will not send or will not show up in the recipient’s email.

  5. Submit Help Request: If none of the above steps help you, submit a help request, describing the issue, to the appropriate tech support team.
