How do I fix OneNote pages not printing with images or attachments?

1. Open the OneNote page in question.
2. Select the File menu, then Print.
3. Select Print Options and Notebook Layout.
4. Verify Handouts option, set number of slides desired, and toggle Show Bateurs as desired.
5. Click Print to print the page with images and attachments.
