- Check and make sure that your pen has an active connection with your device.
- Check the collection of input devices on your device. Make sure that your pen is listed as an input method.
- Re-calibrate the pen's connection to the device, using the properties tool for your device.
- Uninstall and re-install your pen driver, if necessary.
- Check the pen tip and make sure that it is properly seated and not damaged.
- Make sure the batteries in the pen are charged and/or replaced.
- You may need to update your pen software; if so, use the trusted vendor website or locate device-specific software.
