How do I fix OneNote not allowing me to delete a whole notebook?

1. Step One: Open OneNote and sign in to your account
2. Step Two: Open the notebook that you are unable to delete
3. Step Three: Create a copy of the notebook in a different location by clicking File > Copy Notebook. Give the copied notebook a different name
4. Step Four: Move the copied notebook to another OneDrive or Sharepoint site, if needed
5. Step Five: Delete the original notebook using Right-click > Notebook > Delete
