1. Quit and restart the application.
Check that you are running the latest version:
a. Click on the Apple menu
b. Select App Store
c. Search for the OneDrive app and click Update
Check if any background applications are interfering with your OneDrive:
a. Quit any other applications that you don’t need
b. Re-open the OneDrive app
Reset OneDrive’s local folder locations:
a. On your Mac, open Finder.
b. In the menu bar at the top of your screen, go to Go > Home > Library > Group Containers.
c. Open the folder labeled UBF8T346G9.Office
(the first part of the name might be different).
d. Move the contents of this folder to a safe location or delete them.
e. Re-open OneDrive.
