Check that your internet connection is active and stable.
Restart your device.
Update Windows 10 if there is an available update.
Verify that OneDrive is running: Go to the Start menu to check the list of installed applications. Look for the OneDrive icon. If it is there, right-click the icon and select
Run as administrator.
