Check the wireless adapter
Check to see if the wireless adapter is connected to the PC. Make sure the adapter is properly connected to your device and is on.
Troubleshoot your driver and network connection
Update your driver to the latest version. Check your network settings to see if the network is connected.
Reboot your device
Reboot your device to reset the wireless connections and try connecting again.
Uninstall and reinstall the wireless adapter
If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless adapter. This will reset the adapter to its default settings.
